H & L Tool Company operates within a registered ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. We bring the following value added processes and services to our Aerospace, Electronics and Automotive Customers.

  • Full AIAG compliant PPAP.
  • Electronic Process Monitors with one piece conveyor discharge resulting in 0 PPM and nearly 100 % Process Yield.
  • A Complete Electronic Inspection Record for each Part Control Plan Production Lot, including raw material receiving, In-process dimensional recording, hardness and coating thickness tests and inspections. All Control Plan inspections are recorded and can be audited for sample size and frequency compliance.
  • AIAG Measurement Systems Analysis supported by Gage R&R Studies and N.I.S.T. Certified Standards & Calibrations.
  • X Bar and R Charts for every Cold Heading Process monitoring tooling wear and product CpKs.
  • Predictive and Preventive Maintenance with established Process Capability Studies and Cp Indices.
  • Dimensional recorded accuracy to 0.001 mm (0.00005 inches) and coating thickness to 0.00001 inches.
  • “Fast Response” to all customer concerns / complaints. A take care of the customer first philosophy, including on-site third party containment sort for certified stock to maintain end users’ operational schedule demands.
